Application Fees

The fee for the application process is £80.00. This fee is payable at the time of application and covers the costs of registration. It is non-refundable except in the case where applicants are not called for interview.

Taster Course

Fees for the Taster Course commencing November 2009 are £85

The Cost of the MA/Diploma Course

Fees for 2009-2010 are as follows:

Years 1, 2 and 3:

MA/Diploma Fee £3249.00 per year.

MA/Diploma fee covers all tuition, lectures, seminars, essay marking, personal and academic tutorials

Supervision Fees £984.00 per year.

There are 72 supervisions in years 2 and 3, each at £41.00. The total fee is charged for across the three year period.

University Registration charge £500.00 per year.

The fees do not include the cost of your personal psychotherapy.

Year 4 onwards until completion:

MA/Diploma Fee £631.00 Year 4.

MA/Diploma fee covers tuition through academic/clinical seminars including the mandatory Saturday Forums, personal and academic tutorials.

University Registration charge £500.00 Year 4.

Supervision Fees Both supervision (36 sessions in Year 4) and personal therapy are paid for by the trainee.

Planning the cost of your training:

We will keep our annual raising of fees for the years 2009-11 to a minimum; it should however be noted that fees will be subject to a yearly adjustment in line with inflation; changes to the University Registration charge will reflect any uplift made by the University from year to year. Due notice will be given to trainees. Fees are payable either before the beginning of the year, or before the beginning of each term. Fees paid termly will incur a small surcharge. Trainees’ liability for fees for the course are as stated in the Trainee Declaration which is signed by all incoming students.
